Rest assured, our Rim Seats are shipped discreetly in plain cardboard boxes and are classified under the harmonized code 940360 for customs purposes, indicating they are constructed from iron and wood. If necessary, they are identified as office furniture. For smoother customs clearance, DHL is recommended.
Tots typically ship within 24 to 72 hours (excluding customizable colors) via USPS unless otherwise selected at checkout. Shipping insurance is enabled by default, costing less than a few dollars per Tot, which greatly reduces claims processing time in case of loss or damage.

In our experience, DHL is the better shipping option for sailing through Customs.
